Cortillian Andrews serves as the Co-Director of 101 Ways NFP, an organization he leads alongside his wife, Jennifer Andrews. A combat veteran who served during Desert Shield/Desert Storm, Cortillian is passionate about serving fellow veterans and making a positive impact on his community. His leadership is guided by the philosophy, "each one teach one and bring one along," and he works to uplift and empower individuals through education and community support.
Having held notable positions at NATO and the Pentagon, Cortillian brings a wealth of experience to his role at 101 Ways, where he focuses on supporting justice-impacted individuals, victims of domestic violence, and those experiencing homelessness. Through his work, he strives to create lasting change and support the mission of 101 Ways—empowering women and veterans, and fostering a sense of belonging and hope in the community.
