Stephanie Taylor is the Director of Programs at 101 Ways NFP, where she leads initiatives focused on organizing and advocacy for women, men, and seniors impacted by incarceration. With 15 years of experience as a residential behavior specialist, Stephanie has developed a deep understanding of the complex needs of individuals and communities. She is also trained as an organizer through the Gamaliel Network, where she began her advocacy work in 2019.

Driven by a personal connection to her mission—Stephanie has two sons who are currently incarcerated—she is steadfast in her commitment to reshaping the narrative surrounding incarceration and recidivism. Her goal-oriented, focused approach makes her a powerful advocate for justice and systemic change. Stephanie’s work at 101 Ways is centered on empowerment and creating pathways for those affected by the justice system to find healing and success.

Through her work, Stephanie fights for equality and justice, ensuring that the voices of those impacted by incarceration are heard. Her unwavering dedication to advocacy and community change makes her an invaluable leader in the movement for restorative justice and empowerment.
